No, Chuck Norris is dope. I'm not saying he is the best fighter even in his prime. There is a lot of people who could beat him in his prime, Obviously bruce lee, Lyoto Machida, "The Spider" Anderson Silva, A lot of MMA Fighters but Chuck Norris could fight pretty damn good.

OOOOOH HELL NO!What are you smoking?Bruce lee was the epitamy of fitness and fighting.... Bruce Lee was one of the best fighters of all time next to his trainers and the people who taught him. Chuck Norris can fight but is limited to Tae Kwon Doe, and Karate. Bruce Lee knew so many fight techniques it wouldn't even have been a challenge. Sadly bruce lee is dead, due to a Cerebral edema.
