I know why it might be painful, but you have to admit that they played way better than you, and they've since shown that they deserved their place in the Premier League.If you get promotion, you'll forget all about this.The worst feeling I've ever had in football was losing the League 1 play off final to Barnsley on penalties, when we'd outclassed them. But last season the Swans went up, and all is forgotten!It hurst now, but you will one day forget it. Trust me!

:( still so painful..I'm pleased though that we lost to a team who have shown a great presence in the prem, rather than a team who have lost nearly all matches.. which would have been more painful. We can still do it :)

Never rule out other teams mate. Bristol could have won against us. If you have a search for Arsenal forums some of the fans are SO SAD I swear down. They were saying that hull are an embarrassment and said anything less than 6 - 0 to them but be a loss. When I read it after we won I laughed so hard in their sad little faces that I got banned from the footy forum XDAnyway all I'm saying is don't rule out the other team even if they are the extreme underdogs as Hull have proved time and again

The last part of that comment I don't agree with. I am a Hull City fan and as happy as I am that we won I don't think that Bristol deserved to lose. They put up a very good fight, I even went to wembley and it was the best live game I have ever seen. At the end of the day it was our older, more experienced players that gave us the edge. That's what makes me glad we didn't clean out the team with 19 year-olds this year. If Bristol keep going for it they will be there next year I guarentee :)

Fucking fair play to hull gthey have done unblievabley better than city would have done i think if we had got promoted but tht was the most emotional day of football i had ever had:/ i was absoloutley devostated:/ and again congrats to hull city we deserved to lose tht day x
