Technically, they didn't "rip it off" because Tom said on his twitter that he really liked their cover of this and hoped they would do more. Also, if you're talking about Busted, Charlie used to be one of Kevin's best friends and allowed him to re-write the song and record it, he even helped!

Joe was like, "Where do I go now..?" he was confused, lol. Nick and Tom stayed next to eachother the whole time, Kevin and Dougie, and Danny kept like trying to avoid Joe and Kevin in the beginning, but then started to 'jam' with them. |
